R+Co offers free returns and/or exchanges for R+Co products within 30 days of receipt for items purchased, original outbound shipping fees are not refundable. Products purchased from our salon and retail partners should be returned to the original place of purchase. Please note that returned merchandise must be unopened or gently used. To start your return or exchange, contact customer service at info@randco.com to begin your free return and be provided your free return shipping label. You'll need the order number and email address associated with your purchase, or your shipping zip code. Please note if there is a price difference to be paid in an exchange an invoice is emailed. The invoice must be paid before the exchange order is released.
